How can I manage my subscription frequency, skip a shipment, or change the date of the next order?Updated 40 minutes ago

To change the frequency of your subscription deliveries, please follow the step-by-step guides below:

  • Visit this link to manage your subscriptions
  • Log in using your email and password.
Change Frequency of Deliveries:
  1. Click on the 'Change frequency' link under the heading 'Order frequency'.
  2. Select your preferred time period for deliveries from a dropdown list.
  3. Click 'Save'. You will receive a confirmation that your subscription frequency has been updated.
Skip Shipment or Cancel Next Order:
  1. Click drop down menu, ‘Manage upcoming orders’
  2. Click ‘Skip shipment’ on the order you wish to skip (you can skip more than one)
  3. Scroll to the top of the page to confirm the date shown is the correct date that you wish to receive your next order
Change Date of Next Order
  1. Click 'Edit future order' next to the date your current order is due
  2. Click in the box that has the date in it and select the date you wish to receive your next delivery
  3. 'Only update next order dates' - this will change the date of your next order but the following date will remain the same. Bear in mind you may end up with 2 orders close together
  4. 'Update all future orders based on selected dates' - this will amend your next order and orders after will be updated with the correct amount of weeks inbetween
  5. 'Pause future orders' - this will place your subscription on pause and you won't receive any orders until you decide to reactivate
