How do I change the products in my subscription?Updated 5 days ago
To change the products in your subscription deliveries, please follow the step-by-step guides below:
- Visit this link to manage your subscriptions
- Log in using your email and password.
Add a Product:
- Select ‘Products in my Subscription’ (drop down menu) and click ‘Add Products’ tab
- Search for the product you want to add in the search bar
- Hover over the price to the left to see subscription product price, click and the product will be added to your subscription
- After selecting choose the quantity. Next select the tab to either add the selected product to your subscription or to add for next order only
- Next page will confirm the product has either been added to your subscription or for your next order only
Remove a product
- Click drop down menu, ‘Products in my Subscription’
- Click 'Remove Product' (red text) next to the product you wish to remove from your subscription
- Click 'OK' to confirm
- You'll receive notification 'Product removed from subscription'
Swap a product
- Click drop down menu, ‘Products in my subscription’
- Click ‘Swap Product’ on the product you wish to swap
- Scroll to find the product you want and click 'Select Product'
- Click 'OK' to confirm the swap is correct
- Confirmation will pop up to confirm the product was swapped successfully
Adjust quantity
- Click 'Edit' next to ‘Products in my subscription’
- Click in the box next to the product you want to adjust the quantity and add the new amount
- Click 'Save'
- Confirmation will pop up to confirm the quantity was updated successfully
